1. Do you make custom mugs?

We are no longer accepting custom or personalized orders.

For now, you can purchase items that are available on the website or place a pre-order for products from the current collection.

2. How long does it take to fulfill a pre-order item?

Usually 3–4 weeks. Everything is handcrafted and hand-painted, so we need a little time to make it perfect.

3. Can I see the mugs in person?

Yes — at our studio at ul. Taśmowa 1, 02-677 Warsaw — but visits are by appointment only.

4. How does shipping work?

The mugs you ordered from the in-stock section are ready to be shipped, and we dispatch them on the next business day after the order is placed.

For pre-order items, the production time is 3–4 weeks.

5. Can I pay on delivery?

Payment on delivery is only available for in-person pickup.

In all other cases, we require prepayment.

6. Is this really handmade?

Absolutely! We don’t use a pottery wheel or molds — each mug is hand-built and painted. Every piece is one-of-a-kind and made with love.

7. Are there any care instructions for the mugs?

Yes! Here are the basic care rules to keep your mug happy and long-lasting:

You can:

• Pour in boiling water, tea, coffee, and other hot drinks

• Wash it in the dishwasher

Recommended:

• Wash the mug right after use and dry it well — especially the bottom from the outside, as it’s not glazed

Not recommended:

• Using in the microwave — nothing bad will happen, but the mug will get hotter than the drink inside

Do not:

• Leave drinks inside the mug for a long time (like overnight)

• Leave the mug in the sink with dirty dishes for a long time

8. Returns

The cup can be returned within 7 days from the moment of receiving the shipment.

In case of a return, the buyer bears the cost of sending the product back.

The cup can only be returned provided that it has not been used.
The refund will be made only after we receive the cup back and verify that it does not have any damage or signs of use.

In response, we will send you instructions regarding the return shipment of the product.

If the cup arrives damaged or with a visible defect, please also contact us by email and send photos showing the defect or damage.

Based on this information, we will determine the further complaint procedure.
