The mugs you ordered from the in-stock section are ready to be shipped, and we dispatch them on the next business day after the order is placed.

For pre-order items, the production time is 3–4 weeks.

Payment on delivery is only available for in-person pickup.

Yes, 100%! Every mug is finished by hand — we handcraft the handles and decorations, and paint all the designs by hand. Thanks to this, each piece has its own unique character and is created with great attention to detail and a lot of care.

They are dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, and can be filled with boiling water.

All products are fired at high temperatures, making them durable, practical, and suitable for daily use.

The cup can be returned within 7 days from the moment of receiving the shipment.

In case of a return, the buyer bears the cost of sending the product back.

The cup can only be returned provided that it has not been used.
The refund will be made only after we receive the cup back and verify that it does not have any damage or signs of use.
